Trolling for striped bass with mojos is best done with a stout rod that has a moderate action. The flex better swims the heavy lures and pulses as the boat trolls. These 7′ powerful glass rods boast a lure rating of 8-32oz and a line rating of 40-60#. The Magictail Striped Bass Fishing Rods are great for trolling mojos targeting striped bass with braid or monofilament fishing line.

The rubber gimbal butt cap locks into a rod holders pin and the EVA foam grips have a scale pattern shrink wrap over top for durability and comfortable handling.

*Do not use wire line with these rods as the guides are not designed to handle wire.
