The Decoy L-7 Versatile Keeper is a clever rubber part that does several jobs at once: it keeps a trailer hook fixed on a spinnerbait, cushions the knot between hook and line to prevent breakage, and generally tidies up your rig. Made in Japan, it’s a small, inexpensive component that solves common rigging headaches.

Why it works

• Fixes trailer hooks securely on spinnerbaits
• Cushions the knot to help prevent line breaks
• Multiple uses limited only by the angler’s ideas
• Made in Japan; available in four sizes

Best for: anglers who want a versatile keeper for trailer hooks and knot protection.
